Building on the success of its 2023 predecessor, this sequel is set to launch in 2026 for PC (available exclusively via the Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series S|X. FULL CO-OP PROGRESSION: Enjoy a fully shared campaign progression in online co-op right from day one.

VISCERAL COMBAT: Engage in brutal executions and experience extreme gore, promising a mature-rated journey.
UNREAL ENGINE 5: The game leverages next-generation graphics to elevate the signature visual style and gameplay mechanics of the franchise.

A Celebration of Creativity at Gamescom

In an effort to commemorate the announcement, CI Games has created a unique experience for attendees at Gamescom 2025. The Lords of the Fallen II team will host an official Tattoo Sanctum, offering free tattoos (both permanent and henna) inspired by exclusive new imagery from the franchise.
