While this location has numerous resources at your disposal, the most valuable finds are located on the lower levels. Accessing this area requires a particular Medical Keycard, which is currently out of reach due to a malfunctioning elevator.

Acquiring the Medical Keycard in Atomfall
The Medical Keycard, often referred to as Dr. Holder’s Keycard, unlocks the lower level of the Medical wing within the Interchange. This section offers a wealth of loot, crucial crafting materials, and important narrative items that are pivotal for achieving various endings in Atomfall, which we’ll explore later.
Before you can claim the Medical Keycard, it’s essential to gain access to the Medical wing. Start by utilizing an Atomic Battery to restore power to Data Store Delta, which will then grant you entry to the Medical wing.
Once inside the Medical wing’s first floor, your first task is to locate the Church Cellar Key. From the entrance, take two right turns until you reach a dead end, where you can find both the Key and an audio recording next to a lantern.
After acquiring the Church Cellar Key, head over to Dr. Holder in the Forgotten Cellar, located beneath St Katherine’s Church in Wyndham (refer to the map below for guidance).
Engage in a conversation with Dr. Holder, who will provide you with the Medical Keycard and request that you retrieve Sample One from the lower level of the Medical wing. This Sample One item is crucial for unlocking Dr. Holder’s ending in the game.
For those brave enough to explore further into the Medical wing’s lower level, you will eventually find access to the Medical Tunnels. Here, you can discover the Growth Stimulant, required for progressing toward Mother Jago’s ending. However, it’s advisable to stock up on one or two Strange Tonics beforehand, as this area is teeming with hostile enemies and hazardous spores!
