Exploring Pride Rock in Dreamlight Valley

When mentioning ‘Pride Rock, ’ one might envision a grand rock formation. However, in the universe of Disney Dreamlight Valley, Pride Rock evokes nostalgia as Simba’s domicile from The Lion King. With Simba now an integral character in the game, he and his family inhabit this beloved landmark, enhancing the overall immersive experience.
How to Unlock Pride Rock

To gain access to Pride Rock within Dreamlight Valley, players must successfully complete the Eyes in the Dark quest. This quest initiates upon entering The Lion King’s realm, where players will encounter Nala. She reveals that she’s been pursued by hyenas and enlists your help to confront them. Additionally, players must create a Bug Platter to satiate her hunger before she can reunite with Simba.
Once Nala has joined the valley, you must construct her house to officially unlock Pride Rock. Players can do this by entering Furniture Mode, navigating to the Requests section, and placing her house in a preferred location throughout the valley. This unique feature allows you the flexibility to choose where Pride Rock will reside.
However, unlocking this iconic site comes at a cost: players will need to allocate 15, 000 Star Coins for its construction. To facilitate this process, approach Scrooge McDuck’s sign near Pride Rock. After the structure is completed, engage with Nala once more to finalize the quest and welcome her into the valley.
Several quests will guide players back to Pride Rock. For example, during “The Heart of a Lioness” quest, you will need to visit Pride Rock to uncover a memory linked to the Lion’s Paw Tablet. Additionally, if you have unlocked Timon, upon reaching level two, you will activate the Old Enemies quest, which involves enhancing Pride Rock with decorations, such as fences and plants, to help Timon settle in.
