“A friend recommended I try a Japanese diet since it’s considered one of the healthiest in the world, plus it features many of my favorite dishes,”she shared.

During her Japan getaway, Lizzo indulged in fresh sushi and eggs, noting a remarkable enhancement in her health as a result.

“Once I arrived in Japan, I was struck by the cleanliness and flavor of their cuisine. Enjoying fresh sushi and fluffy eggs, I was thrilled with how great I felt the following day,”she reflected.

This experience motivated her to conduct thorough research into the benefits and drawbacks of incorporating animal proteins into her meals. Lizzo shared that by reintroducing these proteins, she experienced increased energy, successful weight loss, and lifted her mental fog.

Her posted meals featured dishes such as egg white cups, grilled chicken, asparagus, carrots, and Buffalo chicken wrapped in lettuce. Additionally, she integrated okra and lemon water into her daily routine.

While Lizzo may have shifted away from a vegan lifestyle, she remains an advocate for plant-based diets. She continues to believe in the health benefits of veganism and expresses her goal of eventually transitioning to a raw alkaline vegan diet.
