As you delve into Chapter 3 of Little Nightmares 3, you will encounter one of the game’s intriguing collectibles: Nomes. These tiny creatures, distinguished by their paper hats, are cleverly concealed within various locales throughout the chapter.
In total, players can discover 6 Nomes in this chapter. Most of them are artfully hidden, but fear not—thanks to the chapter select feature, you can revisit any missed collectibles at your convenience.
If your goal is to fully complete the game by collecting all items, this guide is designed just for you. Below, you will find detailed instructions on locating every Nome in Little Nightmares 3.
To ensure that a Nome is officially registered as collected, make sure to approach and interact with it by picking it up.
Name #1
Your journey begins with the first Nome located at the end of a long hallway near the start of Chapter 3. Once you reach the hall’s end, watch as the Nome scurries into a room to the right containing an unlit furnace.
Once in the room, utilize Alone’s wrench to activate the large button located on the eastern wall. This action ignites the furnace and prompts the Nome to emerge from its hiding spot. Make sure to collect it by approaching and picking it up.
Name #2
The second Nome awaits in the first outside area you reach after activating the initial elevator and acquiring the flashlight. Upon stepping outside, turn on the flashlight and head slightly north before immediately turning left to spot the Nome perched on a box. Approach and collect it to add to your growing collection.
Name #3
The third Nome can be spotted shortly after you solve the arrow and light puzzle. This challenge requires you to correctly press buttons in the order indicated by the light passing through them.
After completing the puzzle, jump on the boxes next to the machine and activate the lever. As you exit the room, you will see a Nome dart out from behind some boxes. Follow it outside, moving north to reveal the third Nome hiding in the northeast corner. Be sure to use your flashlight for visibility!
Name #4
To find the fourth Nome, you will ascend to the higher level of the area through natural progression. Climb the chain next to a large bathtub and make your way to the eastern side of the platform, where a room containing a doll is present. After collecting the doll, open the cabinet on the right to uncover a Nome.
As the Nome escapes, exit this room and navigate around the platform to enter the west room—here, you will observe the Nome fleeing. Follow it diligently, and you will discover it hiding in the corner near a desk.
Name #5
The fifth Nome is located just a short distance from the fourth. Exit the room where you found the fourth Nome, moving west into a large hallway. Continue north through this hallway, and enter the first room on your right—you’ll discover a piano inside.
Jump on the piano and run across its keys (from left to right) to uncover a hidden entrance to the right. This entrance will cause a Nome to flee out and hide behind the piano; approach and collect it to add to your progress.
Name #6
Your final Nome is located near the piano room, where you just found the fifth Nome. After exiting the piano room, venture into the hallway and enter the first room on your left.
In this room, the last Nome can be seen tucked away in a corner. Just like before, approach and pick it up to complete your collection.
Upon successfully capturing all Nomes as outlined in this guide, you will unlock the coveted Home Sweet Home achievement in Little Nightmares 3.
