Goddard can be found situated in the corner beside the tram, busily painting while seated in her wheelchair. Nearby, there is a Blank Canvas item located on the ground. To initiate her quest, collect the Blank Canvas and present it to Goddard.
To Lie or Not to Lie: A Choice for Goddard
When you engage with Goddard, she will inquire, “What do you see when you look at my painting?”At this juncture, you can choose to either be honest or fabricate a flattering response.

Completing Goddard, the Blind Painter Quest
Upon returning the art supplies to Goddard, she will reward you with a Dim Ergo Chunk. Make sure to finish her dialogue to continue progressing in the quest.
To completely finish Goddard, the Blind Painter’s quest in Lies of P: Overture, players need to return to her location towards the conclusion of the DLC (prior to the final boss encounter). You will find her missing and in her place, a glowing blue item will have appeared.
