1) Josephine Bornebusch as Stella
In the lead role of Stella, Josephine Bornebusch embarks on a spontaneous family trip with her husband Gustav and their children, aiming to heal their fractured bonds.
In a March 2023 discussion with Netflix, Josephine expressed her passion for storytelling about family dynamics:
“I have a knack for exploring themes of recognition, familial ties, and the ordinary aspects of life that encompass joy, sorrow, love, and betrayal.”
A knowledgeable filmmaker, she has contributed as a writer, director, and actress to several popular series, including Solsidan, Harmonica, and Love Me, alongside directing the romantic feature Orca in 2020.
Her acting repertoire includes roles in series such as Welcome to Sweden, Rachel och Jossan: Utan filter, and the well-known soap opera Rederiet. Her film appearances feature titles like Sunny Side, Raspberry Boat Refugee, Love and Lemons, and LasseMajas detektivbyrå – Det första mysteriet.
2) Pål Sverre Hagen as Gustav
Pål Sverre Hagen takes on the role of Gustav, Stella’s emotionally distant husband, who attributes their marital strife to his wife and considers divorce.
Celebrated as one of Scandinavia’s finest actors, Pål rose to fame for his portrayal of the explorer Thor Heyerdahl in the acclaimed film Kon-Tiki, which was nominated for the Academy Award for ‘Best Foreign Language Film’ in 2013.
His compelling performances extend to films such as Troubled Water, The Middle Man, and two thrillers directed by Hans Petter Moland: In Order of Disappearance and A Conspiracy of Faith.

Tone Danielsen plays Astrid in Let Go, showcasing her veteran acting skills.
