Experience Instant Portrait Mode with Lenovo’s ThinkBook VertiFlex Laptop
At IFA, Lenovo took a fresh approach to laptop design by introducing the ThinkBook VertiFlex. This visionary concept features an ultra-slim body measuring only 17.9mm thick and weighing a mere 1.39kg. The standout feature is its 14″display, which boasts the ability to switch between portrait and landscape modes with remarkable ease.

This laptop’s unique ability to rotate its display allows users to easily transition between vertical and horizontal orientations. Such versatility caters to various tasks including split-screen multitasking, code review, and document handling. Additionally, the Lenovo Smart Connect feature enables users to mirror their smartphones on the larger screen, enhancing productivity.
While the ThinkBook VertiFlex is still in the conceptual stage, it represents an exciting glimpse into the possible future of laptops, offering innovative functionalities that may hit the market soon.

It provides the capability to drive up to three 8K monitors at 60Hz, alongside support for a 4K monitor—a total visual experience like no other.
For those looking to maximize their workflow, the dock offers versatile configurations, allowing combinations such as two 4K monitors running at 240Hz or 120Hz each. It promises power delivery up to 180W via PD 3.1, making it a robust solution for today’s demanding setups.
Additionally, Lenovo has upgraded its Thunderbolt 4 Smart Dock Gen 2 7500, enabling support for single 8K 60Hz or dual 4K 144Hz displays with a power delivery capability of up to 100W.
