Lenovo has expanded its offerings with the introduction of two new Legion gaming monitors, boasting a stylish design that mirrors the aesthetic of traditional office displays.
Lenovo Unveils New Legion Gaming Monitors: 27Q-10 and 27Q-11 with High Refresh Rates
The latest additions to Lenovo’s lineup are the Legion 27Q-10 and 27Q-11, both featuring a screen size of 27 inches. These monitors combine the functionality of a contemporary gaming display with the professional appearance of a typical office monitor, promising seamless visuals for gamers and productivity users alike. Despite their undeniable similarities, each model sets itself apart through distinct technological attributes.

The Legion 27Q-10 employs an IPS panel, renowned for its vibrant color accuracy and a refresh rate that peaks at 240 Hz. In contrast, the 27Q-11 features a capability to reach up to 300 Hz while maintaining a 1440p resolution, although it is believed to utilize a CSOT (China Star Optoelectronics Technology) HVA panel. CSOT is a reputable subsidiary of TCL, known for manufacturing display panels for a variety of electronics including televisions, monitors, and smartphones.

While the HVA technology featured in the 27Q-11 is generally acknowledged to outperform traditional VA panels in color reproduction, it still lags slightly behind IPS in some aspects. However, it compensates with superior contrast ratios, positioning it well among high-refresh-rate displays. Visually, the monitors exude a modern, sleek look — a far cry from the bulky designs often associated with gaming hardware, instead opting for a streamlined, professional profile.

The ergonomic stand of these monitors features a compact base, designed for minimal desk space, while allowing for height adjustments. A strategic cable management hole adds to the overall professionalism of the setup. Additionally, features such as a completely flat screen profile enhance the sleek aesthetics reminiscent of standard office monitors.
Currently, details regarding the monitors’ overall connectivity options and full specifications remain limited, as they have not yet launched for sale. Pricing information will also be disclosed at a later date, pending further updates on their functionalities.
