Notably, this patch revises how gold is earned from champion and objective bounties. In total, 18 champions have experienced a decrease in their effectiveness, while notable champions such as Azir, Corki, and Malphite have received enhancements.

2) Sorcerer’s Shoes

  • Magic Penetration: 15 → 12

3) Lethal Tempo

  • Melee Attack Speed per Stack: 5% → 6%

It is essential to note that there have been significant changes to champion bounties and objective bounties following League of Legends patch 14.21. Champion bounties are now calculated exclusively based on gold, while objective bounties will be awarded more frequently than before. These bounties will also be applicable under more favorable conditions, although the average gold payout is slightly reduced.
