LA Knight winning his first WWE championship by defeating top superstar after WrestleMania XL is possible, says veteran

According to wrestling veteran Matt Morgan, LA Knight may be the one to dethrone WWE United States Champion Logan Paul following WrestleMania XL.

In November of last year, Paul became the United States Champion by defeating Rey Mysterio at Crown Jewel. Now, at this year’s Show of Shows, the 29-year-old will defend his title in a Triple Threat Match against Randy Orton and Kevin Owens on Night Two.

During the Gigantic Pop podcast, Morgan made a prediction that Paul would successfully defend his title at WrestleMania. However, he also expressed his belief that LA Knight should eventually take the title from him following the premium live event.

“Prediction, what will happen? I think Logan still somehow wins,”he said. [1:02:28 – 1:02:32]

The veteran made an additional comment:

“[I wanna see LA Knight take that off Logan Paul.] Yes, he’s overdue for that secondary type of title, long overdue.”[1:02:55 – 1:03:06]

LA Knight to Battle AJ Styles at WWE WrestleMania XL

Despite Logan Paul’s participation in a Triple Threat Match at WrestleMania XL, LA Knight is set to face off against AJ Styles on Night Two of the highly anticipated event. The ongoing feud between these two WWE Superstars has been building for weeks on SmackDown.

During the SmackDown LowDown, The Megastar addressed his upcoming match against The Phenomenal One, stating that his WrestleMania rival was envious of him.

“You look at that name. AJ right? What does that stand for? Because as far as I can say, that stands for always jealous. Every time that you think about me, every time you talk about me, all you worry about is, ‘Oh well, he took the spotlight from me.’ Quit crying, dummy! Here’s the thing, my guy, you can’t hold what I’ve been doing this whole time. You can’t lace these boots, my guy,”Knight said.

LA Knight has openly stated his ambition to secure his inaugural WWE title on the main roster. It will be intriguing to witness if he can defeat Styles and ultimately claim a championship following WrestleMania.
