Kwon Eun-bi Addresses Dating Rumors with Influencer DEX on TWICE’s Jeongyeon Show: “We’re Just Good Friends”

On September 28, in episode 11 of the YouTube series Inspector, TWICE‘s Jeongyeon inquired about actress Kwon Eun-bi, also known as Eunbi, and her romantic life, specifically asking if she was dating the popular reality TV star Dex.

“I watched Dex’s Cold Interview, and it made my heart flutter. I’ve been dying to ask—are you two dating?”Jeongyeon inquired.

Prior to this, Eunbi appeared on Dex‘s YouTube show, Dex’s Fridge Interview EP.3, where Dex openly expressed his feelings for her. He also mentioned that he attempted to message Eunbi after the interview but didn’t get a response, which stirred considerable buzz among netizens.

During her participation in the SBS variety show Strong Heart, Kwon Eun-bi clarified that she doesn’t frequently check her private messages, which is why she hadn’t responded immediately. However, she noted that after watching Dex‘s video, she did reach out to him.

In the YouTube series Inspector, when asked again about the dating rumors, Kwon Eun-bi reiterated her stance.

“To be clear, we’re not dating. We’re just good friends,”Eunbi responded.

Jeongyeon is currently hosting the popular YouTube series Inspector. This week, former Iz*One member, Kwon Eun-bi, made an appearance as a guest. In the episode titled “First Meeting = TAROT CARD READING with KWON EUNBI?! (Feat. Dating Luck) EP.11,”the two stars quickly developed a rapport and were at ease with one another.

During the episode, Jeongyeon asked if Eunbi was indeed dating the well-known reality star Dex. After watching their interaction on Dex‘s YouTube series, Jeongyeon felt inspired to inquire. Eunbi laughed at the surprising question and confirmed they were just good friends.

Later in the episode, during a tarot reading segment, the subject of dating came up once more. Eunbi was asked if she was interested in dating at that moment.

“Actually, I’m fine without it,” she replied.

The tarot reader indicated that Eunbi was too occupied with her career to find time for a romantic relationship.

“Looks like you’re married to your work, unnie,” Jeongyeon humorously teased.

The conversation covered several topics, including Eunbi‘s career objectives and her accolades. The multi-talented singer-actor expressed her aspiration to become an actress.

Eunbi’s Path: From K-pop Idol to Emerging Solo Artist and Actor

Kwon Eun-bi is a renowned South Korean singer and actress. She started her career in 2014 as part of the girl group Ye-A under the stage name Kazoo. In 2018, she participated in the reality show Produce 48, finishing in seventh place and subsequently becoming the leader of the girl group Iz*One.

Following the disbandment of Iz*One in 2021, Eunbi launched her career as a solo artist, releasing her debut mini-album, Open, on August 24, 2021.

She is also set to make her acting debut in the Japanese crime thriller Stolen Identity: The Last Hacker.
