Kite Joins the Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact Roster
Bushiroad has officially announced the inclusion of Kite as a playable character in the upcoming fighting game, Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact. Renowned voice actor Shuichi Ikeda will reprise his role, bringing depth and familiarity to the character for fans of the franchise.

Character Background
Kite, a skilled Hunter and student of Ging Freecss, has a rich history within the Hunter x Hunter universe. Fans who are familiar with the 2011 adaptation of the anime may only recognize him post-Greed Island arc. However, both the original anime and the manga showcase Kite well before Gon’s departure from Whale Island to embark on the Hunter Exam.
Kite’s Playstyle in Nen x Impact
In Hunter x Hunter Nen x Impact, Kite adopts a zoning playstyle, utilizing projectiles to maintain distance from opponents. One of his key moves, the Aura Arts known as Silent Waltz, is capable of penetrating defenses, creating opportunities for Kite to engage in powerful combos. While in the original anime and manga, Kite’s signature ability, Crazy Slots, allowed him to summon various weapons at random, the game version simplifies this mechanic. Instead, Kite exclusively wields a carbine, saving Silent Waltz for critical attacks.
