For Victory! Walkthrough in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

The quest kicks off after Henry and Hans interrogate a prisoner, uncovering details about the events at Nebakov. Your first task is to engage with Hans Capon that evening; however, players have the flexibility to approach him any night thereafter.
Be mindful that embarking on this quest initiates a Point of No Return. Thus, it’s advisable to conclude any lingering side quests prior to your conversation with Hans.
Players will find Hans in the courtyard walkway at 7 PM ready for their rendezvous.
Engage with Hans Capon in the Evening

Before heading to the feast, it’s advisable for Henry to don some elegant attire. Players can visit Tailor Bartoshek in Troskowitz to acquire noble clothing, if necessary. Be sure to speak with Hans when you’re prepared to attend the feast.
The festivities commence with conversations among Hans, Henry, Otto von Bergow, and Chamberlain Ulrich. Scoring a positive reputation with Otto and Hans is achievable by selecting the following dialogue choices:
- MEDIUM We have the same interests.– Speech
- (Stand up for Capon)
Savor the Feast
Following the introductory scene, Henry is free to relish the feast. Engage with various nobles and gather several tasks from the attendees. Interacting with as many characters as possible will enrich Henry’s experience that night.

Catching Up with Hans
As Henry enters, Hans will immediately flag him down. Take this opportunity to converse and enhance your reputation with him before he retires for the evening, cautioning Henry to avoid overindulgence.
Conversation with Otto von Bergow

Don’t miss the chance to engage with von Bergow and Chamberlain Ulrich. Their talk will touch on the ongoing war, granting Henry additional reputation with von Bergow.
Knights Olbram and Bor

Near the performers, Knights Olbram and Bor will share tales of an intriguing legend known as The Finger of God.
Knight Hermann Littlehead’s Mischief

Knight Hermann seeks some playful trouble and involves Henry in a scheme against Florian. Henry is tasked with stealthily retrieving a ring from Florian’s chest in the Maid’s tower to stir up drama. Once acquired, Henry should return to the feast and present the ring to Adelta, seated beside Florian in a striking red dress.
When she inquires about the ring’s origin, Henry should respond:
- A Shy Friend
While this may cost Henry reputation with Florian, he will be rewarded by Hermann with a Strength skill book and a Weak Savior Schnapps.
Bailiff Goathead

Players can engage with Bailiff Goathead for a dice game, potentially winning 110 Groschen.
Fetching the Wine

Otto requests Henry to retrieve some excellent wine from Katherine in the kitchen. To do so, locate Cook Manyeta and inquire about Katherine’s whereabouts. She will offer to fetch the wine herself but will ask for assistance in opening a locked Herb chest.

Obtaining the wine does not necessitate unlocking the chest, but doing so will improve your standing with Manyeta. The chest is located in the lower kitchen and features a medium lock. If facing challenges, players can consume a Quickfinger potion to enhance their lockpicking abilities.
Acquiring the Armor

Next on the agenda is to procure armor for Hans. Simply visit the Smithy and request the armor. The blacksmith may initially claim it is no longer available, but passing a dialogue skill check can secure decent armor for Henry:
- MEDIUM I don’t want to quarrel.– Speech
- MEDIUM I’ll tell the Chamberlain.– Domination
- MEDIUM You’re trying to fleece me! – Intimidation

Upon success, you will receive armor that may require repair, which can be done at the Smithy or with Armorer’s and Blacksmith’s Kits.
Rest Up

To conclude the evening, Henry must get some sleep. He doesn’t have to spend the night alone; romantic encounters with Black Bartosz or Widow Johanka are options worth considering. Regardless of romance, Black Bartosz will provide insights into the guests at the feast.

Present Wine and Equipment to Hans

The following morning, players should deliver the wine and equipment to Hans. He will inquire about Henry’s readiness to depart, allowing players a final opportunity to change attire if desired.
Once prepared, inform Hans and follow him to the gate where von Bergow’s forces stand ready. As the troops mobilize, a cutscene unfolds.
Accompany Hans Capon

The cutscene will transport players to the vicinity of Nebakov, where an ambush awaits in the forest close to the fortress. Stay close to Hans during this confrontation to ensure his survival.
If health is depleted, players can utilize Marigold potions for recovery.

Players will accompany Hans to the mill outside Nebakov before confronting a gang of enemy bandits. The leader challenges Henry to a duel.

Upon securing victory in the duel, the quest concludes with an enigmatic cutscene revealing von Bergow’s men facing dire consequences. The narrative will then shift as players assume the role of Godwin in the subsequent quest.
