The richly immersive world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 is not only visually stunning but also intricately designed with layered narratives and characters waiting to be discovered off traditional paths. Among the many engaging elements, players will find natural dialogue interactions that cleverly encourage exploration and foster curiosity, often embodying elements of mystery and a sense of altruism.
If you are eager to delve into these intriguing exchanges, you can start the side quest titled Victimised after you have completed another quest and conversed with Margaret in Pschitoky. This guide will walk you through each step necessary to accomplish the Victimised side quest.
Initiating the Victimised Quest

To embark on this side quest, you must first complete Main Quest 18: Taking French Leave and the task Damsel in Distress. After wrapping up these missions, you will need to wait a few in-game days for the Victimised quest to activate.
You will notice the quest is available once a marker shows up at the inn located south of Pschitoky. Upon arrival, you will once again encounter the girl from the shed — a character you’ve previously helped — begging for assistance outside of Pschitoky Inn.
Engaging in a lengthy discussion with her reveals her current predicament and her plans for your potential assistance. While Margaret has a history of thievery, she finds herself in a vulnerable position, having recently fallen victim to a robbery with her friend in urgent need of some Groschen.
Though you can offer her 1000 Groschen during your dialogue, it is advisable to hold off, as doing so will prematurely conclude the quest. Instead, follow Margaret’s intriguing plan to enact revenge on a merchant who has wronged them, which necessitates gathering several items:
- A Lullaby sleeping potion
- A dress for Margaret
- Fancy clothing for yourself that holds charisma
Acquiring the Lullaby Sleeping Potion

The first item on your list is the Lullaby Potion, which can conveniently be obtained from any Apothecary, including the one in Pschitoky. Alternatively, if you enjoy foraging and alchemy, you can brew it yourself.
You may also stumble upon Lullaby potions in chests or from defeated enemies. If you opt for the DIY approach, gather the following ingredients:
- Poppy x1
- Herb Paris x1
- Thistle x1
Follow these steps to brew the Lullaby Potion:
- Add the Poppy and boil for 1 turn.
- Add the Thistle and boil for 1 turn.
- Grind the Herb Paris and add it to the cauldron.
- Pour and complete the potion.
Finding a Dress for Margaret

You will need to procure a Noblewoman’s Cothardie, which can be found at either the tailor in Kuttenberg or from a merchant trader in Miskowitz. Depending on stock, you may have several colors available, but only the hue varies for this quest; the style remains the same. Margaret will wear whatever you select for her throughout this mission.
Selecting Your Attire

Your own outfit is just as crucial; attend to your appearance before the meeting with the merchant tailor. You can purchase suitable clothing with high charisma points from the Kuttenberg tailor. Items like the Burgher coat and Noble’s hood are good choices. Feel free to show Margaret your selected attire for her approval.
While there is no confirmed charisma requirement, aim to wear something clean, avoiding any attire with blood or dirt. If your clothing shows dirt or blood symbols in your inventory, be sure to cleanse it with soap at the nearest laundry.
If Margaret appreciates your appearance, she will arrange to meet you in Kuttenberg after dusk. When you reach her, the game will progress to nighttime.
Encountering Merchant Latsek

With your attractive clothing on and Margaret prepared, head directly to the Hangman’s Haltern tavern. Locate the back section where merchant Latsek awaits. Your objective is to converse with him and successfully complete speech checks to encourage him to step away, leaving his drink unattended.
Once Latsek is out of sight, interact with his cup to add the Lullaby Potion. After he returns, he’ll consume from the poisoned cup, and within moments, the potion will take effect, causing him to stumble outside and collapse.
You are free to carry the unconscious Latsek for your plan without raising any alarms, as long as you keep a torch lit. Once you reach your designated meeting point, place the merchant down and use a lockpick to access the hayloft where you’ll drop Latsek’s body.
Concluding the Quest

Speak with Margaret to ensure the plan has worked, after which she will ask you to leave the follow-up to her. You can rest, and several hours later, you will automatically awaken. Return to find that Margaret was unable to manage Latsek on her own, and you must confront him together.
During the confrontation, if you allow Margaret to handle the discussion without interruptions, she will succeed in extorting Latsek. Post-confrontation, you can convene with her to claim your reward, which varies based on your choices:
- If you kiss Margaret, she will take 20% of your Groschen.
- If you decline the kiss, you choose how much Groschen you receive.
Regardless of your choices, you will complete the quest. However, if you had voiced your suspicions of Margaret during her conversation with Latsek, the outcome could change.
Should you have interrupted Margaret with any dialogue other than “Don’t look at me for help!”, the narrative will shift, unveiling her deceitful nature. Here, you find yourself faced with decisions about her fate, including the option to expose her scams for profit. Successfully leveraging intimidation through skill checks can secure the money from her and reclaim the merchant’s lost funds.
Thus concludes the Victimised side quest, rewarding you with up to 250+ Groschen as a testament to your shrewd navigation through the tangled web of trust and deception.
