- 1 charcoal
- Water
You can obtain drinking water from a bathhouse and charcoal from various sources, such as a smith or most apothecaries. Notably, the Charcoal Burner’s Camp located west of Vidlak Pond is a reliable spot; Troskowitz’s apothecary sells five bundles at a time.
Nettle can typically be found along riverbanks and pond edges, as well as in cultivated fields. A good spot to harvest nettle is south of Troskowitz, near where belladonna grows. Meanwhile, thistle thrives along roadsides, particularly in abundance around the Camp by the Road outside Semine.

- Add both thistle bundles to the cauldron and allow them to boil for two turns of sand.
