“It’s not what I look forward to in my day—unless I’m dancing, snowboarding, or engaging in something akin to that,” she shared.

She targets three to four gym visits each week, mixing weight training with freehand workouts. Additionally, Katy enjoys hiking and playing pickleball with close friends. While she might not be enthusiastic about exercising, she often finds it incredibly rewarding.

“After an intense session, I felt happier than ever,” she recalled. “We’re all in a group chat afterwards, and I noted that my mood was unusually elevated.”

Becoming a mother has profoundly influenced Katy Perry’s perspective on life. Her focus has shifted significantly from her personal fitness to cherishing time spent with her daughter.

“I want to dedicate any spare moments to being present and engaged as a mother,” she expressed.

“I embraced motherhood at 35. I feel as though I’ve ticked off many life goals, making me ready to embrace the role of a mother. I’ve witnessed numerous incredible sights, and this is the most beautiful one,” she shared.
