On October 8, 2024, Lauren Pisciotta, Kanye West’s former assistant, submitted a revised complaint to the Superior Court of California in Los Angeles. This complaint accuses the rapper of sexual assault and drugging her during a studio session he co-hosted with Diddy.
According to an article from AllHipHop, Lauren claimed in her revised complaint that Bianca Censori, Kanye West’s wife, played the role of a “sexual party coordinator”and took an active part in the rapper’s “perverse sexual fantasies.”The report referenced a situation discussed in the Daily Mail, revealing that Kanye allegedly seized Lauren by the throat, while Bianca reportedly remained unfazed by the incident.
In June 2024, Lauren filed a lawsuit against Kanye for wrongful termination, sexual harassment, breach of contract, unpaid wages, and fraud. She contended that the rapper owed her $3 million in severance pay. The additions to her lawsuit were made on October 8.
Understanding Lauren Pisciotta’s Lawsuit Against Kanye West
As detailed in Lauren’s lawsuit reported by AllHipHop, she accused Kanye of providing her with a drink that had been spiked with an unknown substance during a session with Diddy. She mentioned in her suit that Kanye had directed someone to pour her drink, which led her to feel detached from her body and her ability to speak.
While Lauren initiated legal action against Kanye for sexual harassment and wrongful termination in June 2024, she stated that she could not recall the specifics of her encounter with him until much later. The lawsuit notes that she woke up the following morning feeling a sense of shame, unable to recollect the prior night’s events. Lauren also mentioned that Kanye admitted to having “hooked up a little one time”with her, implying a reference to that night.
This revelation from Kanye followed Kim Kardashian, who was his spouse at the time, allegedly confronting him about an affair with Lauren. Furthermore, the lawsuit states that Lauren did not believe she had been sexually assaulted until her conversation with Kanye, during which she assumed she was “roofied by a studio assistant”and took personal responsibility due to her embarrassment.
In her lawsuit, Lauren also described witnessing Kanye engaging in self-gratification beside her prior to her passing out, after which Kanye reportedly expressed anger at her for rejecting his advances. To support her claims, she has provided numerous sexually explicit messages purportedly sent by Kanye.
Beyond the allegations of sexual harassment, Lauren’s amended complaint also reveals that Kanye sent texts to Bianca Censori in which he conveyed a desire to engage in sexual activity with Bianca’s mother, Alexandra Censori.
As indicated by court documents reviewed by E! News, Kanye shared a screenshot of a discussion with Bianca from September 2022, where he expressed a wish to have sex with her mother during a visit to Australia. Bianca, however, declined, mentioning that her mother was married.
Following these developments, on October 14, 2024, the Daily Mail reached out to Bianca Censori’s mother, who stated that she did not wish to be involved in the ongoing allegations surrounding Kanye.
