As per a report from Variety dated October 10, 2024, the plaintiff, known as John Doe, is represented by attorneys Ronald Zambrano and Neama Rahmani, with the lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court.

The court documents reveal that after the plaintiff reported incidents of child abuse at Donda Academy—an institution owned by Ye—Kanye became enraged. The plaintiff informed the responsibilities of the report to executives at Ye’s company in May, prompting Kanye to intimidate him with a “recording of threatening voices.”He allegedly yelled:

“You’re f**king dead to me!”

John Doe stated that he was engaged by Kanye in December 2022 as a “deputy campaign director”and later elevated to the role of “director of intelligence,”where his responsibilities included strategizing to maintain Kanye’s public presence.

Moreover, the lawsuit claims that the plaintiff suffered emotional distress due to his experiences with Kanye West, which negatively impacted his mental health, induced panic attacks, increased anxiety, and triggered PTSD stemming from his military service. John Doe also alleged that Ye owed him wages for several periods of his employment.
