Lauren Pisciotta, a former assistant to Kanye West, has leveled allegations of sexual assault against the rapper in a lawsuit submitted on October 11, 2024. The extensive 88-page complaint outlines multiple incidents of reported sexual harassment that Pisciotta experienced during her tenure assisting West.
One significant alleged incident occurred at the St. Regis Hotel, where Pisciotta was residing while Kanye and his team were in San Francisco to work on the rapper’s Donda album in July 2021.
According to her account, shortly after arriving at the hotel, Kanye West reportedly knocked on her door at 6 AM. Upon opening it, he entered her room, claiming that he needed to use the shower because the one in his suite was out of order. As West began to undress, Pisciotta moved to another bedroom within the suite.
After taking a brief two-minute shower, Pisciotta recounted that West exited the bathroom draped only in a towel, which he quickly discarded before forcefully restraining her on the bed.
‘Ye then stepped onto the bed and stood tall, straddling over [Pisciotta’s] body, looking down on her,’ the lawsuit claims.
The court filing went on to explain that West allegedly pressed his body against Pisciotta’s face, disregarding her desperate pleas for him to stop.
‘[Pisciotta] attempted to shift her body away, continuously begging West to cease. West removed his hand from the wall behind the headboard, forcing [Pisciotta] to remain there. Initially, [West] dismissed [Pisciotta’s] repeated requests, stating “I don’t want to do this,”according to the lawsuit.
Eventually, West grew disinterested in her protests and stood up, apologizing before dressing and leaving the room.
This incident is just one of many sexual harassment claims detailed by Pisciotta against Kanye West, which reportedly includes various offensive messages, groping, and other instances of alleged unwanted advances.
Kanye West Accused of Rape by Lauren Pisciotta at Diddy’s Party
In another grave allegation outlined in the lawsuit, Pisciotta claims that Kanye West drugged and raped her at a party hosted by Diddy prior to her employment with the rapper. Diddy was arrested on September 16, 2024, facing charges related to sex trafficking, racketeering, and transportation for prostitution.
The lawsuit details that Pisciotta first encountered West at a recording studio meeting and later at Diddy’s party. At that event, West allegedly insisted everyone partake in alcohol, threatening expulsion for those refusing. Pisciotta stated that Kanye handed her a drink.
As she consumed the beverage, Pisciotta reported a creeping sense of disorientation.
‘She felt a lack of control over her body and speech, and her recollections from that night became vague,’ the lawsuit elaborated.
The following day, she found herself unable to recall any specifics about the night, and West declined to discuss what had transpired.
Years later, Pisciotta came to the unfortunate realization that she had been raped by West after being drugged at the party. Just weeks before her dismissal, Kanye West purportedly acknowledged that they had ‘hooked up’ during a conversation sparked by his ex-wife’s comment regarding their alleged affair while he was still married. The lawsuit does not disclose the identity of Kanye’s ex-wife.
According to the lawsuit, Pisciotta contemplated texting West’s ex-wife to clarify the situation, but West allegedly forbade her from doing so, citing the events of the Diddy party.
‘[West] then immediately recalled the occasion he was referencing… where he “hooked up”with [Pisciotta] after she had been drugged,’ the lawsuit stated.
Reportedly, West conveyed to his ex-wife that they had ‘hooked up,’ omitting any mention of the non-consensual nature of the encounter or that Pisciotta had been under the influence of drugs.
While the identity of West’s ex-wife remains undisclosed, it is widely assumed to be Kim Kardashian, from whom he divorced in 2022. Currently, West is married to Bianca Censori.
