Kaien Shiba Joins Bleach Rebirth of Souls

Character Background and Unique Mechanics

Kaien Shiba, once the lieutenant of the Gotei 13’s 13th Division, served alongside notable figures like Rukia Kuchiki and Captain Juushiro Ukitake. He wields the Zanpakuto, Nejibana, and possesses a distinct set of abilities that set him apart from other characters. Kaien features a special gauge that uniquely reflects his fighting style. His overall attack power and hit count are influenced by his Current Aura State, which is determined through strategic gameplay.

This special gauge can be filled using specific moves: the Spiritual Pressure Move Sorei Suiha and his Signature Move Tumbling Current. Meanwhile, Kaien’s Spiritual Pressure Move Sakanami inflicts damage without affecting his gauge, adding a layer of complexity to how players can utilize his abilities.
