Jisoo, a member of the globally renowned girl group BLACKPINK, has officially signed a label deal with Warner Records. The announcement coincides with the revelation of her highly anticipated debut solo mini-album titled Amortage.

Set to be released on February 14—Valentine’s Day—this album will mark the final solo endeavor among the BLACKPINK members. Expressing her enthusiasm for this new chapter in her career, Jisoo shared, “I’m excited about this new era and the continuation of my musical journey.”
In her statement, she conveyed gratitude to her dedicated fanbase, known as BLINKs, saying, “I feel like I’m just getting started and I’d like to thank the BLINKs for all of their love and support. This is just the beginning, and I’m thrilled to kick off this seismic moment with Warner Records.”

Jisoo’s signing with Warner Records signifies a pivotal moment, as she becomes the last member of BLACKPINK to embark on a solo career officially. She established her own label, BLISSOO, after concluding her exclusive solo contract with the major Korean label, YG Entertainment.
While the BLACKPINK members decided to extend their contracts for group activities, they have not pursued additional solo projects under the YG umbrella.
