To begin your journey in the Plains of Mist, the first task is to open the door to the Temple of the Fallen. This process starts by finding and inserting the Twin-Headed Serpent item, located in Vyssa Hills. Without this item, entry to the temple will be impossible.
Once the Twin-Headed Serpent is in place, you will trigger a dial puzzle reminiscent of an early game challenge. Look around the initial area for symbols needed to solve this puzzle, and be wary of Hollow creatures that populate the space.
The solution to the dial puzzle can be derived from Lady Sophia’s notes, revealing the correct sequence of symbols from the inner dial to the outer ring:

Upon unlocking the Temple of the Fallen, proceed to the main area where you will encounter the Timeloop at its center.
