Currently, Sailor Piece boasts a total of 25 unique spec passives, each offering different bonuses. These can range from increased critical hit rates to enhanced damage and luck. Below is an overview of the spec passives categorized by rarity.
Mythical Rarity
Mythical passives are exceedingly rare, with only a 0.2% drop chance for your fighting styles or swords. Here are the notable mythical passives:
- Fortune Chosen: Grants a drop rate boost of 17.5-30%, alongside 5-10% luck and 5-12.5% damage.
- Executioner: Increases damage by 30-45% to NPCs with below 50% HP, while providing a 2-4% crit chance and 7.5-15% crit damage.
- Rampage: Offers 15-30% damage, a 2-4% crit rate, and varying crit damage. The more damage dealt, the more this passive enhances your output—up to a 1.30x damage cap, resetting after 6 seconds of no hits.(NEW)

Unlocking the Spec Passive Feature
To access the reroll options for these passives, players must first fulfill two conditions: achieve a level of 10, 000 or higher and acquire 5000 gems. Once these criteria are met, follow these steps to unlock the Spec Passive mechanic:
- Use the portal nearby to reach Judgement Island on the Sailor Piece map.
- Move directly from the portal, and to your right, you will find a samurai NPC with six eyes.
- Interact with the NPC and select the Yes button to confirm unlocking spec passives. Your gems will be deducted, and the mechanic will activate.
- You can now access the spec passive window to reroll for desirable buffs.

Acquiring and Utilizing Passive Shards
Passive shards serve as the primary currency for rerolling spec passives in Sailor Piece. These valuable items can be obtained by defeating any enemy, although their drop rate is low. The most effective method to gather these shards is to engage in auto-attacking or AFK farming against higher-level adversaries. Consider leveraging powerful Sailor Piece devil fruits, swords, or fighting styles with strong AoE capabilities to expedite combat.

After collecting a sufficient number of shards, return to Judgement Island to interact with the same samurai NPC. The spec passive window will display your available swords and fighting styles. Choose one you wish to enhance and click the Reroll button. You’ll randomly receive a passive, visible in the designated area. For example, I achieved the Luck IV epic passive after just five attempts. Notably, there is a pity system in place—offering a guaranteed mythical passive after 500 rerolls.

If you amass a significant number of passive shards, consider activating the auto-re-roll function. When nearing 500 rerolls, you can deactivate auto-re-roll to manually trigger it for the guaranteed mythical passive. Additionally, you can skip epic and legendary passives to improve your odds of obtaining mythical ones.
