“It doesn’t mean that it can’t be done” – Superlek reacts on the magnitude of his Denver super fight against Jonathan Haggerty
Despite facing another tough challenge in his return to the Circle later this year, reigning ONE flyweight kickboxing world champion Superlek Kiatmoo9 remains determined to overcome it. He knows that it may be difficult, but he believes that it is still achievable.
‘The Kicking Machine’ shared this sentiment on social media shortly after ONE Championship announced that he would be competing against two-sport champion Jonathan Haggerty for the ONE bantamweight Muay Thai title on September 6 at ONE 168.
“It’s not an easy job,”Superlek wrote on Instagram. “But it doesn’t mean that it can’t be done. See you then.”
Superlek vs. Haggerty is one of the two major ONE world title fights that have been scheduled for the promotion’s highly anticipated comeback to the United States.
Following a highly praised entrance into North America with ONE Fight Night 10 in May, ONE is returning to The Mile High City for what is sure to be one of the most significant events in the realm of combat sports.

Stamp, a triple-sport champion and current atomweight MMA world title holder, will aim to expand her already impressive repertoire by challenging the reigning and defending strawweight MMA champion in an unmissable main event showdown.
Stamp enters the competition with a successful record of four consecutive victories, which includes her impressive title victory against Ham Seo Hee at ONE Fight Night 14 held in September.
Xiong Jing Nan, also known as ‘The Panda’, has achieved five consecutive wins, defeating opponents such as Tiffany Teo, Michelle Nicolini, Ayaka Miura, Nat ‘Wondergirl’ Jaroonsak, and the recently retired ONE legend, ‘Unstoppable’ Angela Lee.
