Is Bo Dallas under WWE contract? Exploring reason for his absence
It was reported that Bray Wyatt made his return to WWE in October 2022 accompanied by his real-life brother, Bo Dallas. Although Bo has not been seen on television since then, it appears that he is still connected with the company in Stamford.
Bray Wyatt made his return to WWE at the 2022 Extreme Rules Premium Live Event, but he was not alone. In the weeks that followed, it was uncovered that he had formed an alliance with a masked figure known as Uncle Howdy. The true identity of Uncle Howdy has yet to be disclosed, although speculation suggests it may be Bo Dallas.
The road to WrestleMania 39 saw Bray take a hiatus from television due to health concerns. Unfortunately, he passed away in August of last year. Since then, there has been no sign of Howdy, but it appears that he will eventually make his comeback to the Stamford-based promotion.
According to several sources, Bo Dallas remains under contract with WWE.
Despite the fact that he is not on television, his absence may be primarily linked to the unexpected death of his brother.
The wrestling community was deeply saddened by the unexpected death of Bray, and this was especially difficult for his family and loved ones. Considering their close connection to the world of wrestling, the company may have decided to give them additional time to mourn and cope with the loss. This could also explain why Wyatt was not included in this year’s Hall of Fame induction.
Bo Dallas on Teamwork with Bray Wyatt
Despite being real-life brothers, Dallas and Wyatt never had the opportunity to team up in WWE like many others before them. However, Bo recently disclosed that they had always hoped to collaborate in the company.
During a May 2023 interview, Bo shared that he and Bray had discussed teaming up since their time at FCW, WWE’s former developmental center. He went on to mention that they were now at a stage where they could showcase their abilities and hinted at his potential portrayal of Uncle Howdy.
Is Bo Dallas making a comeback to WWE?
Prior to the April 1, 2024 episode of WWE RAW, Peacock premiered a documentary titled Bray Wyatt: Becoming Immortal, showcasing the life of the late superstar. During the episode’s conclusion, the screen glitched and unveiled a lantern with a shadowed figure and the word “run.”According to Fightful, this was a hint at Dallas’ anticipated comeback.
It would be fascinating to know when the speculated Uncle Howdy will make another appearance on WWE programming for fans to see.
