IrfanView 4.70: Enhanced EXIF Support and Plugin Bug Fixes

IrfanView is a speedy and user-friendly free image viewer, editor, and converter that accommodates a wide array of popular graphic formats. New feature: Retain existing alpha/transparency color (Properties -> Viewing)
Display checkerboard image; Alpha/Color also utilized for saving features
Updated dialog for Increasing Color Depth: 32 BPP (with alpha layer) is now available
