A man has initiated a lawsuit against Gazzy Fabio Garcia, known as Lil Pump, and popular streamer Vitaly Zdorovetskiy over allegations of assault during a livestream episode of Catching Predators. According to exclusive court documents obtained by In Touch Weekly, Edwin Valenzuela asserts that he was falsely accused of being a pedophile, which allegedly led to both verbal and physical abuse directed at him.

After being “exposed,”Lil Pump and others allegedly assaulted Edwin Valenzuela

According to the court documents reported by In Touch Weekly, Vitaly Zdorovetskiy gained fame through his YouTube channel, which includes various videos, vlogs, and social experiments. His content often comprises public pranks that challenge conventional comfort and legality.

The media outlet also described the 10-episode series, Catching Predators, as a parody of the NBC show To Catch a Predator, which was hosted by Chris Hansen. The original show featured undercover operations wherein adult men were filmed arriving at a sting house to engage in sexual activities with minors (who were actually adults posing as 12 or 13-year-olds), resulting in their arrests.

However, according to the lawsuit, Valenzuela’s show lacked any police involvement, and instead of facilitating arrests of the alleged predators, the participants reportedly engaged in actions that included “beating, harassing, torturing, terrorizing, defaming, and humiliating”them.

The lawsuit reveals that Valenzuela was an Uber driver for Zdorovetskiy when he was allegedly offered a job to clean a boat and subsequently “lured onto a vessel.”Upon his arrival, he was reportedly ambushed and shown fabricated messages that suggested he had engaged in sexual conversations with minors. However, Valenzuela claims he does not speak English.

After being “exposed,”the lawsuit states that Lil Pump physically assaulted Valenzuela by punching him in the head, knocking him to the ground, and then kicking his head “like a soccer ball.”It also alleges that the rapper cut Valenzuela’s hair, attempted to force him to eat a condom, and threatened to feed him to alligators if he refused. The lawsuit details:

“Throughout the ordeal, Plaintiff was bombarded by verbal abuse, including racial slurs, accusations of illegal status, and threats of deportation, with multiple Defendants screaming in his face, all while being urged by an attorney to sign a release for a ‘gameshow.’

As a result of these events, Valenzuela claims he lost his job and source of income. According to In Touch Weekly, Lil Pump allegedly confiscated Valenzuela’s gold chains and caused damage to his vehicle.

Edwin Valenzuela is suing Lil Pump and others for assault, battery, false imprisonment, and civil theft, seeking unspecified damages.
