Intel Releases Updated GPU Driver 32.0.101.6732 Non-WHQL

Users with compatible Intel processors or graphics cards can now download the latest GPU driver, version 32.0.101.6732 non-WHQL. This update brings significant performance enhancements for games such as Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and optimizations specifically for The Last of Us Part II Remastered. Alongside these improvements, the update also addresses various bugs and provides more stability.

Update Highlights

New features include:

  • Intel Game On Driver: Enhanced support for Intel Arc B-series, A-series Graphics GPUs, and Intel Core Ultra series with integrated Intel Arc GPUs in:
    • The Last of Us Part II Remastered
  • Performance Enhancements: Improvements in the Intel Core Ultra Series 2 with built-in Intel Arc GPUs compared to the previous driver version 32.0.101.6653 for:
    • Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (DX12)
      • Up to a 15% increase in average FPS at 1080p with balanced settings.

Fixed Issues in This Update

Intel Arc B-Series and A-Series Graphics:

  • Performance issues during gameplay in Returnal (DX12).

Intel Core Ultra Series 2 with Built-in Intel Arc GPUs:

  • FragPunk (DX12) may crash upon launching.
  • Plants vs. Zombies GOTY Edition (DX9) could show white artifacts in windowed mode.
  • Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered (DX11) may intermittently crash during gameplay.

Known Bugs and Issues

Intel Arc B-Series Graphics:

  • Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 (DX12) might crash during loading.
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (DX12) might show flickering artifacts in specific scenes.
  • Returnal (DX12) may crash when Ray-Tracing settings are enabled.
  • Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0 (DX12) could have graphical corruption in water areas.
  • Errors may be encountered when running MLPerf on multi-GPU setups; disabling the integrated GPU is advised.
  • Corruptions may occur in Topaz Labs Photo AI during some image enhancement tasks.
  • Specapc for Maya 2024 may freeze intermittently during benchmarks.
  • PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio V19 might crash during benchmark operations.
  • Performance issues could arise in Adobe Lightroom Classic unless specific settings are adjusted:
    • In Edit > Preferences > Performance, set Graphics Processor to “Custom” and enable options for GPU use in Display, Image Processing, and Export.

Intel Arc A-Series Graphics:

  • Returnal (DX12) may crash with Ray-Tracing enabled.
  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (DX12) might display unexpected shadow darkness in some campaign scenarios.
  • Intermittent crashes could occur in Topaz Gigapixel AI during image exports.
  • PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio V19 may also crash during its benchmark.

Intel Core Ultra Series 1:

  • Possible errors in PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio V19 when the Extended benchmark preset is applied.

Intel Core Ultra Series 2:

  • Adobe Premiere Pro may produce corrupted outputs when performing 8K AV1 encodes.
  • Similar intermittent errors may be present in PugetBench for DaVinci Resolve Studio V19 with the Extended benchmark.
