Samsung is actively recruiting engineers with expertise in technologies like glass substrates, packaging, and BSPDN as it aims to bolster its foundry operations. Recently, it was reported that a key Intel engineer, who had dedicated nearly 25 years to the company, moved to Samsung after contributing significantly to Intel’s glass substrate projects. This trend of departures reflects broader financial concerns within Intel, sparking anxiety among stakeholders about the company’s long-term viability.
