Intel’s Battlemage Arc Pro series has emerged as one of the most cost-effective options for workstation graphics, boasting impressive specifications without breaking the bank. While the Arc PRO B60 remains somewhat elusive, its smaller counterpart, the Arc PRO B50, is readily available with a retail price set at $349. This model features a streamlined BMG-G21 GPU, equipped with 16 Xe2 GPU cores, making it an attractive choice for those on a budget.

The Arc Pro B50 has begun its presence in North American retailers such as Newegg and B&H, with plans for international availability as well. Priced competitively at $349, it stands as the lowest-cost modern workstation GPU on the market, particularly noted for its substantial VRAM capacity. In less than a week since its release, the Arc Pro B50 has captured the top spot in the “Best Selling Workstation Graphics Cards” category on Newegg, indicating a robust demand that is reflected on its product page.

Expected to start shipping on September 25th, the Arc Pro B50 maintains its original MSRP of $349 despite high demand levels. A key feature contributing to its popularity is its 16 GB GDDR6 VRAM, making it a highly appealing option for budget-conscious workstation builders. The GPU includes a 128-bit memory bus and is equipped with the advanced PCIe 5.0 interface, albeit with an x8 cap, differentiating it from typical gaming variants. Notably, its low-profile design enhances power efficiency, allowing it to operate without the need for supplementary power cables.
