Known Issues
For Intel Arc B-Series Graphics Products:
- The game F1 24 (DX12) may show corruptions and crash when using XeSS FG settings. It is advisable to modify these settings in the main menu prior to a race.
- In Skull and Bones (DX12), application crashes may occur during game launches.
- Users with multi-GPU configurations may face intermittent errors while using MLPerf; disabling the integrated GPU is recommended as a workaround.
- Corruptions may arise in Topaz Labs Photo AI during certain image enhancement activities.
- Magix Vegas Pro may show corruptions related to the style transfer feature.
- Application crashes may happen in Dassault Systèmes CATIA when utilizing the HQAO option.
- Some capture cards might exhibit visual artifacts under certain conditions.
- Adobe Lightroom Classic might perform below expectations; to optimize performance, adjust graphics settings as follows:
- In the menu, go to Edit > Preferences > Performance options, choose “Custom”for the Graphics Processor.
- Ensure you select “Use GPU for Display”, “Use GPU for Image Processing”, and “Use GPU for Export”options.
Intel Arc A-Series Graphics Products:
- The game Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (DX12) may show unexpectedly dark shadows in certain campaign sections.
- Intermittent crashes may occur in Topaz Gigapixel AI during image exports.
For Intel Core Ultra Series 1 with Built-in Intel Arc GPUs:
- System instability might occur while running SPECworkstation3.1 under specific workloads.
- PugetBench for Davinci Resolve Studio V19 may intermittently return errors when set to the Extended benchmark preset.
- Rendering issues in Davinci Resolve Studio v19.0 may arise during OpenVino tests.
- Topaz Video AI may experience corruptions during video exports after applying certain enhancement models.
- Some flickering might be observed during gameplay in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III (DX12).
For Intel Core Ultra Series 2 with Built-in Intel Arc GPUs:
- Corruptions in video output may be encountered in Adobe Premiere Pro following 8K AV1 encoding.
- PugetBench for Davinci Resolve Studio V19 may repeat errors with the Extended benchmark preset.
- Various rendering problems during certain OpenVino tests in Davinci Resolve Studio v19.0 may emerge intermittently.
- Issues may occur in Davinci Resolve Studio v19.0 while rendering specific AI/ML scenarios.
- Corruptions upon video export using Topaz Video AI after applying some video enhancement models.
- Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 (DX12) may show black shadow corruptions during gameplay.
- Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered (DX12) may crash while generating frames with enhanced settings.
Known Issues in Intel Graphics Software:
- Occasional application crashes may occur within Intel Graphics Software due to an underlying framework issue; a resolution is pending with WinAppSDK 1.7 updates.
- Resetting all settings using Windows 10 may cause the application to crash sporadically, though individual page resets are unaffected.
- Intel Graphics Software might reconfigure its UI more frequently than expected after sleep on certain systems, with optimizations planned for future updates.
- The first rearrangement of metrics within the select metrics window may trigger a single crash, but this will not affect subsequent usages.
- FPS Limiter might not function correctly when VSync is enabled alongside Low Latency Mode.
- Profile controls may not always override global settings.
- Display scaling at non-native resolutions could lead to unintended effects.
Intel Graphics Software Performance Tuning (BETA):
- The Performance Tuning feature is currently in Beta, with functionality and performance potentially behaving unpredictably; updates are expected in future releases.
- In scenarios with multiple performance tuning-capable GPUs, the software may inadvertently apply changes to multiple devices simultaneously instead of individually.
