Intel’s Arc Alchemist GPU series is nearing its conclusion, although a few specific models will continue available in the market even after the main discontinuation event.
Intel Declares End of Life (EOL) for A750, A770, and Additional Mobile Arc Alchemist GPUs
Despite being less than three years old, the Arc Alchemist GPUs are set to be phased out, with Intel recently announcing the termination of several models in this lineup. Officially launched in October 2022, the Alchemist series is moving toward discontinuation, as noted in the latest Product Change Notifications on Intel’s official website.
According to @momomo_us, the prominent dGPUs of the Alchemist line, specifically the Arc A750 and Arc A770, will be discontinued this year. The last order for the Arc A750 will be accepted until June 27, 2025, with shipments ceasing by September 26. Interestingly, another Product Change Notification mentions alternative cutoff dates of June 30 and September 30 for the A750.

In the case of the Arc A770, the discontinuation is scheduled for November 18, 2025, with the final shipment set for May 20, 2026. This timeline provides board partners with a limited window to place bulk orders for the A770, which can still be sold well into the first half of 2026. Additionally, several mobile versions of the Arc Alchemist GPUs, such as the A530M, A350M, A730M, A770M, A570M, and A370M, are also on the chopping block.

Currently, the only models remaining without an official EOL declaration are the Arc A380 and A580. However, as the next-generation Battlemage lineup has already debuted, it is anticipated that these models will face discontinuation shortly. Although the Arc Alchemist GPUs remain on sale for now, their availability in the marketplace has sharply decreased; they are essentially at their EOL without formal confirmation.
Intel’s Arc Alchemist GPUs represented an earnest endeavor to compete with AMD and NVIDIA in the discrete GPU sector. Unfortunately, they did not achieve the success initially anticipated. Nonetheless, Intel is pushing forward in developing innovative, high-performance GPU options for gamers. While the recent Battlemage series also failed to leave a lasting impact, hope remains that the upcoming Xe3-based Celestial GPUs could provide more substantial competition and appeal.
