Inno3D Announces RTX 50 Series GPUs Launch Date at CES 2025

The forthcoming NVIDIA RTX 50 series GPUs are anticipated for an official unveiling at CES 2025, although we await confirmation directly from NVIDIA.

Leaked Insights on RTX 50 GPUs from Inno3D Representative

This past Black Friday, the Pichau YouTube channel hosted an extensive livestream, exceeding 11 hours, where various aspects of PC hardware were discussed. Interestingly, an Inno3D representative made a guest appearance, unintentionally revealing some details about the upcoming RTX 50 series GPUs.

During the stream, a viewer inquired about the release date of the RTX 50 GPUs. The Inno3D representative mentioned that the RTX 5090 would be market-ready in three weeks. Following her remark, she seemed to realize the potential slip and quickly attempted to rectify her statement, specifying that the official announcement was slated for CES 2025. This suggests her initial comment was likely about Inno3D expecting to receive the GPUs shortly after NVIDIA’s announcement, rather than indicating a launch ahead of the official event.

During the livestream, viewers flooded the chat with questions regarding the 5090. The Inno3D representative, perhaps inadvertently, confirmed that the 5090 would be available in three weeks, eliciting significant reactions from viewers and hosts alike. Upon realizing the gravity of her comment, she nervously corrected herself, stating, “Officially, the 5090 will only be announced at CES 2025 in January.”

Typically, GPU manufacturers such as NVIDIA and AMD distribute their new GPUs to board partners ahead of official launches. This allows these partners to test and prepare their own custom models. After NVIDIA introduces its Founders Edition GPUs at CES, various add-in-board (AIB) manufacturers will likely reveal their unique designs with customized cooling solutions and factory-overclocked configurations.

As previously mentioned, NVIDIA is set to release its flagship GeForce RTX 5090, RTX 5090D (targeting the Chinese market), and RTX 5080 simultaneously. Following this, the RTX 5070 Ti and the standard RTX 5070 are expected to debut about a month later. Furthermore, NVIDIA is planning to introduce the 60-series graphics cards in the first quarter of 2025, subsequent to the release of the 5070 series.
