Upcoming Enhancements for Infinity Nikki: Quality of Life Changes Announced
Infold Games has unveiled several exciting quality of life updates and enhancements slated for the popular mobile game, Infinity Nikki. These updates are designed to elevate the player experience on both Android and Apple iOS devices. Among the upcoming features are revamped Whimcycle controls and enhancements to Photo Mode. As development is still ongoing, specific release dates have yet to be confirmed. Additionally, the studio has initiated a survey to gather player feedback for future improvements.
Enhanced Whimcycle Controls
Addressing player feedback on the Whimcycle experience, Infold Games plans to introduce two distinct control schemes. This adjustment aims to improve navigation on mobile devices. Players will soon be able to toggle between steering the Whimcycle with a joystick alone or utilizing both a joystick and a button. Furthermore, the Whimcycle will become accessible in additional areas and will automatically respawn if it enters water.
Photo Mode Improvements
Photo Mode in Infinity Nikki is set for a major upgrade. Currently limited to landscape photos, the updated mode will introduce a vertical portrait option. Additionally, players can look forward to more interactive features involving Momo, allowing the inclusion of Momo in photographs through the Shrinking ability, enhancing the creative possibilities for capturing memorable moments in-game.
Mobile Upgrades for an Improved Experience
In a move to further enhance gameplay for mobile users, Infold Games will implement several adjustments, which include:
- Introduction of a 60fps mobile framerate option
- Performance enhancements and compatibility improvements for Huawei/Honor devices

- Custom PC key bindings and customization options
- Addition of Esseling tracking features
- Enhanced tutorial systems for better player guidance
- Materials refresh scheduled at 4 AM server time
- Improved mini-map tracking functionalities
