As you begin your journey in Infinity Nikki, the combat mechanics may initially appear deceptively simple. However, as you delve deeper into the game, you will uncover a wealth of complexity waiting to be explored. One of the standout features that enhances combat is the Whim Fragrance system, which provides unique modifications to Nikki’s abilities. In this guide, we will focus on the Budding Tales Whim Fragrance and guide you on how to acquire the Sprouting Melody material.
How to Acquire Sprouting Melody in Infinity Nikki
Navigate to the Forest Cavern in Southern Breezy Meadow
To find Sprouting Melody, first, open the Heart of Infinity interface in Infinity Nikki. Locate the Whim Fragrance section on the right within the central circle. Ensure you have unlocked the Wind of Purity node, as it is crucial for Purification abilities. Just beneath this node, you will find the Budding Tales node that displays the requirements for obtaining Sprouting Melody.
Your journey begins in the southern part of Breezy Meadow. To the west of the Queen’s Palace, look for the Queen’s Palace Ruins West Forest warp spire. If you have already activated this spire, you can teleport directly to it, placing you right out front of the Forest Cavern.
Activate the “Find Fragrance: Sprouting Melody”Random Quest
Upon entering the Forest Cavern, you will receive a notification prompting the “Find Fragrance: Sprouting Melody“Random Quest. Progress deeper into the cavern until you arrive at the first expansive area, where a group of esselings awaits. Be sure to stun the white flower at the center before taking out the surrounding enemies.
After eliminating the esselings, look for rock ledges that allow Nikki to ascend the chamber’s perimeter. On the upper level, another group of esselings will be present. Your goal is to reach a chest that contains the Sprouting Melody, located near the far wall of the cavern beyond the esselings.
With Sprouting Melody in your possession, you’re now prepared to craft the Budding Tales Whim Fragrance.
Crafting Budding Tales in Infinity Nikki
Return to the Heart of Infinity Window
With Sprouting Melody in hand, head back to the Budding Tales node in the Heart of Infinity. To unlock the Budding Tales sketch, ensure you have 10,000 Bling available.
Access the Whim Fragrance Sketch Window
With the Budding Tales sketch unlocked, navigate to the main Sketches section to craft the new Hand Powder. The crafting requirements include:
