To unlock the Special Hot Air Balloon ride, players must first complete a side quest within the Drift Through The Skies limited event. In this quest, players assist a character named Elea in reclaiming her important documents that were blown away while she enjoyed the balloon ride.
How to Enjoy the Special Hot Air Balloon Ride for New Horizons Day
To embark on the Special Hot Air Balloon ride, players need to complete the Floating Report quest in Infinity Nikki. Begin by navigating to the event menu and selecting the New Horizons Day tab, where you can activate the Floating Report quest under the Leisurely Tales category. The quest marker will guide you to Elea, who appears to be quite troubled.
After interacting with Elea, Nikki and her companion Momo learn that while she was enjoying the Special Hot Air Balloon, a strong gust of wind scattered her important papers. With many tasks pending for the event and no time to write a new report, Nikki and Momo generously offer their assistance.
Your first task is to locate Polly near a pond. Speak with her and inquire about any strange occurrences. She mentions a peculiar fish that wouldn’t open its eyes—this ‘fish’ turns out to be one of Elea’s soggy reports that fell into the water.
Next, head to another marked area to talk to Merian. Ask her if she’s witnessed anything unusual. She recounts seeing something falling from the sky. Proceed to the nearby pond and retrieve the report from the northern edge. Remember, if you’ve previously engaged in a challenge with Merian and didn’t secure a perfect score, you won’t be able to ask her about the report until you triumph over her.
After successfully locating both pages, return to Elea and hand them over. In gratitude, she treats Nikki to the exhilarating Special Hot Air Balloon experience. Approach Francis to request your special ride and soak in the stunning vistas of Miraland. Once your adventure concludes, don’t forget to revisit the event menu to collect your hard-earned rewards for completing this engaging task.
