The season known as the Eerie Season in Infinity Nikki has shrouded the Queen’s Palace Ruins in mystery and concern. Players have reported unsettling melodies emanating from the ruins, as well as eerie accounts of individuals disappearing after venturing nearby at night. In response to these alarming reports, the Stylists Guild has restricted access to the area, permitting only a select group of individuals to investigate further.
Among the chosen ones is Nikki, the game’s protagonist. Players will embark on a journey to discover the “guardians”of the ruins during the “In the Depths of Night”quest. This adventure leads to the unearthing of deeper truths in the subsequent quest titled In The Lonely Song.
Overview of “In The Lonely Song”Quest
To initiate the “In The Lonely Song”quest, players must first complete the “In the Depths of Night”quest. Afterward, the next step is to patiently await the awakening of Livie, who will be at Nikki’s side. Once she is ready, players can proceed to the door where they need to use the Ancient Badge, Ancient Locket, and Ancient Ring. Remember, the activation button will only appear after Livie has finished recounting her story, so it’s essential to wait for her to conclude before continuing.
Upon entering the Inner Court of the Queen’s Palace Ruins, players will encounter corrupted bear guards requiring purification. To restore these guards, players must defeat the Esseling in their vicinity. Successfully purifying a bear doll will unlock the door, granting Stylists access to deeper parts of the dungeon, which rewards players with three Whimstars and 25 Dews of Inspiration.
Interviewing Investigator Locke, the Bear Plushie
As players explore, they will eventually encounter a serene garden complete with a violin statue. Here, they must converse with Investigator Locke—the bear plushie—to gather vital information about the unusual happenings within the ruins. After acquiring insights from Locke, players must continue further into the ruins, which requires purifying more bear guard dolls.
Investigating the Inner Court of the Queen’s Palace Ruins
From this point, players will face three intriguing bear doll puzzles. Below is a guide to locating all the corrupted bears:
Bear Doll Puzzle #1
The following are the locations for the bear dolls in the Palace Old Courtyard:
- To the right side of the garden.
- Adjacent to the door.
- On an overhead balcony.
- Behind the balcony, in the back of the garden.
Bear Doll Puzzle #2
After passing the door, players will need to purify the following two dolls to progress:
- Located beneath where Nikki first enters.
- Close to the door leading further inside.
Bear Doll Puzzle #3
After descending through a broken floor, players can ascend using doll boxes to reach the Doll Gallery. Here’s how to locate the four bear guard dolls:
- From the checkpoint, locate the spinning pillar to access the balcony.
- Move forward to find the next doll in the center of the room.
- Two additional dolls can be found flanking both sides of the door.
