Indiana Jones Great Circle Path Tracing Update Released for High-End Nvidia GPUs

Exciting Update for Indiana Jones and the Great Circle

Currently, only players with advanced access can enjoy MachineGames’ highly anticipated title, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, thanks to the perks offered with its Special Edition. Ahead of the game’s wider release, the studio has unveiled a significant update that introduces full ray tracing capabilities to enhance the visual experience.

Unlocking Impressive Graphics with Path Tracing

This update incorporates Path Tracing, a demanding rendering technique that MachineGames has branded as Full Ray Tracing. This advanced graphical technology has been featured in only a handful of games, including Cyberpunk 2077 and Alan Wake 2. While it does require robust hardware, those equipped to handle the performance demands will benefit from a remarkable upgrade in visual fidelity.

To utilize Path Tracing effectively, the game’s system requirements specify a minimum of a GeForce RTX 4070 12GB for smooth 1080p gameplay with DLSS. “A minimum of 12GB VRAM is required to access this feature,” notes MachineGames. Additionally, the studio is working on implementing support for AMD FSR in a forthcoming update, broadening accessibility for all players.
