Exciting December Additions to Xbox Game Pass
As 2024 comes to a close, Microsoft has announced an exciting lineup for the first half of December’s Xbox Game Pass. This final wave includes the eagerly awaited first-party title Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, the latest off-road racing title from EA titled WRC 24, and several exciting updates for both Core and Standard subscriptions.
New Titles Arriving on Xbox Game Pass
In addition to the new releases, the remastered classic Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled will also be joining the Game Pass lineup. The indie sensation Wildfrost, a roguelike deckbuilder, and the upcoming city-building game Overthrown are part of this month’s additions as well. Notably, long-absent titles such as Carrion and Road 96 are making their return to Game Pass in December.

Key Highlights: Day-One Titles
Notably, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and Overthrown will both be available on day one for subscribers. This means players can enjoy these titles at no additional cost, right alongside those who purchase them outright.
Core Tier Additions
In a surprise move, Microsoft is also adding Crash Team Racing: Nitro-Fueled, DayZ, and the original Goat Simulator to the Xbox Game Pass Core tier starting December 4.
Upcoming Departures from Game Pass
As new games arrive, several titles will be leaving Xbox Game Pass. The removal of popular games, including Forza Horizon 4, takes effect with the following schedule:

If all goes according to plan, fans can anticipate the next Xbox Game Pass update in January 2025. With the 2024 Game Awards occurring next week, it’s possible Microsoft will reveal exciting announcements that could include new Game Pass titles.
