Nicki Minaj and Big Sean Reunite in Detroit

This wasn’t the first time Nicki Minaj featured Big Sean during her Pink Friday 2 World Tour. The two artists previously performed “Dance (A$$)”together at her show in Detroit back in April. This track is a remix from Sean’s acclaimed 2011 album, Finally Famous.

Minaj and Sean have previously collaborated on the 2013 track “MILF,”alongside Juicy J, and they also joined forces with 2 Chainz for YG’s hit “Big Bank.”

Nicki Minaj’s Pink Friday 2 World Tour kicked off in Oakland on March 1, 2024, and has taken her across the globe, performing in locations in the US, Canada, Europe, and the UK. She resumed the American leg of the tour in Philadelphia starting September 4, and her final show is set for October 11 at the UBS Arena.

The tour aims to promote her much-anticipated 2023 album, Pink Friday 2, which follows her 2010 debut album. Throughout the tour, Minaj has invited various guest artists to join her on stage, including Tyga, 50 Cent, Drake, Cyndi Lauper, and Central Cee.

In related news, Nicki Minaj recently unfollowed Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs on Instagram following his arrest on September 16. Combs faces serious charges, including “racketeering, s*x trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution,”and was denied bail on September 17.

The Bad Boy Records founder is currently being held at the Metropolitan Detention Center and is reportedly under suicide watch, with a conference hearing scheduled for September 24, 2024.
