While the challenges presented by debt collectors in The Spider and armed conspirators in A Lethal Obsession are formidable, they pale in comparison to the high-stakes environment of Ides of March.
This mission immerses players in a tense raid targeting a luxurious apartment complex, where seasoned veterans, heavily armed and clad in body armor, await your squad’s approach.
Ides of March distinguishes itself as one of the most complex maps in Ready or Not, featuring a total of seven objectives. In addition to the primary goals of bringing order to chaos and rescuing all civilians, players must locate two specific civilians, successfully apprehend three suspects alive, and find two hidden weapons.
Below is a comprehensive guide to mastering the Ides of March mission, along with essential tips for success.
Ides of March Mission Guide

Begin your operation through either the residential stairwell on the southern side or the fire exit located to the north. This tactical decision is critical, as both options lead to different strategic positions within the complex. The south entry provides a Y-junction that maintains focused fire, whereas the north leads to the middle of a hallway, potentially dividing your team’s attention.
You must neutralize at least three of the eight suspects that typically appear on Standard difficulty. Note that apartments 1201 and 1202 are directly connected, as are 1203 and 1204, presenting opportunities for tactical maneuvers.

Similar to A Lethal Obsession, be cautious, as the suspects may boobytrap doors. Always utilize a mirror or peek before proceeding through each entrance.
Locate the Sniper Rifle in Room 1201
Your first objective lies in apartment 1201’s living room. Upon breaching the front door, secure the door leading into apartment 1202 on the right to prevent being ambushed from behind. Once you have secured your position, look to your left; the sniper rifle will be located on a table at the right side of the room.
Find the Music Producer (Room 1202)
Next, locate music producer Laurie Bower within apartment 1202, accessible through the door on the right side of 1201. While he may spawn in the living room, he is more commonly found hiding in either the bathroom or the music room. Beware of suspects who might be positioned on the balcony and are capable of firing through the window.
Retired Navy Officer (Room 1203)
The retired Navy officer is situated in apartment 1203, where you may overhear him attempting to de-escalate the situation if suspects are present. This apartment connects to room 1204 via the laundry room, allowing for unexpected flanking maneuvers against suspects in the bedroom by using the bathroom for approach.
Locate the Sniper Rifle in Room 1204

The second sniper rifle, utilized by The Left Behind, is found in the bedroom of apartment 1204. You can access it directly via the living room or through the bathroom. Look near the vibrant beanbag positioned by the window to find the weapon.
In addition to completing the main objectives, the Ides of March map features incapacitated civilians who can be reported and weapons caches scattered throughout the area. However, these secondary elements do not contribute to mission completion.
