Season 7 of Love is Blind premiered on Netflix on October 2, following an eventful sixth season. Among the six engaged couples this season, Nick and Hannah managed to reach the honeymoon phase after their time in the pods.

In episode 5, during their honeymoon in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, the couple faced a rapidly escalating issue. Nick, embracing his playful spirit, decided to ride a whimsical imitation duck on the beach. Although Hannah wasn’t supportive of the idea, Nick went ahead with it and even found a random elderly woman who challenged him to a race on the duck, which he gladly accepted.

This situation infuriated Hannah, who ended up sulking on a nearby bench. The elderly woman jokingly commented that Hannah was just being jealous, to which Nick chuckled. However, Hannah took the statement seriously and confronted Nick about it afterward. Fans of Love is Blind took to X to voice their criticism of Hannah’s response, with one fan tweeting:

What happened between Hannah and Nick in episode 5 of Love is Blind season 7?

Following the beach incident with the duck, Hannah and Nick joined the other couples at a gathering in episode 5. While interacting with the other men, Nick expressed that he found Hannah’s anger to be unreasonable.

He revealed that Hannah had left him a note with around ten bullet points, which included remarks like “Maturity?”and “Delusional”after the duck escapade. Nick took issue with the fact that Hannah didn’t talk to him directly about her feelings.

Later, in their room, Nick confronted her about the note and she retrieved the wrinkled paper from the trash, reading out additional criticisms such as “self-confidence vs c*ckiness”.

Hannah argued that if the roles were reversed and she was seen laughing with an old man while Nick sullenly observed, he would certainly be upset. Nick, however, couldn’t connect with her frustration and walked away, remarking that he wasn’t the only one being delusional.

New episodes of Love is Blind season 7 are set to release on October 9.
