How was Vince McMahon as a boss? Former WWE Divas champion opens up
For many years, Vince McMahon has been a leading figure in the world of pro wrestling. Under his leadership as former chairman, WWE has seen significant growth and he is undoubtedly responsible for the widespread enjoyment of the product among fans worldwide.
Although each superstar had a unique experience with Mr. McMahon, many of them look back on their interactions with him with fondness. Most recently, Kelly Kelly appeared on INSIGHT with Chris Van Vliet and reflected on her time working with McMahon and the type of boss he was. She expressed that her dealings with him were positive.
“Amazing, like amazing. I always looked at him like he was my boss. I only went to him one time and that was when I wanted to become Divas Champion. Because I only saw him during rehearsal. He was like on it. Here we go. Rehearse. Done. Just so professional. Just an amazing boss, literally,”she said. [21:34 – 22:04]

Ronda Rousey’s Bold Challenge to Vince McMahon in Her Autobiography
Ronda Rousey’s highly anticipated second autobiography, Our Fight: A Memoir, was published on April 2, 2024. Prior to its release, the memoir had already generated significant buzz. Within its pages, Rousey delves into the influential figures who have helped shape the world of WWE, including the notable Vince McMahon.
In her book, she accused McMohan of blurring the lines between his on-screen and off-screen personas.
“It’s hard sometimes to know where the evil, unethical, slimeball character of Vince McMahon played out for the cameras ends and the actual questionably ethical, many times sued, and multiple times accused of sexual misconduct Vince McMahon begins. That blurred line between character and reality is a recurring theme within the WWE Universe,” she wrote.
At SummerSlam 2023, Ronda Rousey competed in her final WWE match against Shayna Baszler in an MMA Rules Match and was defeated.
