The addition of a new mace weapon and significant improvements to the bad omen mechanic were pleasant surprises. Additionally, players can now look forward to four new potions, further enhancing the already impressive potion selection in Minecraft.

The most captivating of these potions is the weaving potion, which results in mobs turning into cobwebs upon death. This has the distinct advantage of making cobwebs renewable and farmable, making it a valuable tool for builders who incorporate them into their designs. Crafting the New Weaving Potion in Minecraft

1) Acquire a brewing stand

To brew any of the new potions in Minecraft 1.21, the first step is to acquire a brewing stand. There are two primary methods for obtaining one. The first option is to search for a basement igloo or village, both of which are highly recommended structures in Minecraft. Another option is to visit a village church, where a brewing stand can also be found.

Another method of obtaining a brewing stand is by crafting it. This involves using three stone-tier blocks and a blaze rod. As blaze rods can only be obtained by killing blaze, a journey to the Nether is necessary.

2) Gather Ingredients

A visit to the Nether is essential for two reasons. Firstly, blaze rods are used to fuel brewing stands with blaze powder. Secondly, the production of potions requires awkward potions as a base, which can only be brewed with nether wart found in Nether fortresses.

The essential component for transforming this clumsy potion into a weaving potion is a cobweb block. These blocks can be found naturally in mineshafts, strongholds, basement igloos, abandoned villages, and the elusive spider spawner rooms of Minecraft woodland mansions. To obtain a cobweb, shears must be used as any other method of breaking it will only result in dropping string or nothing at all.
