However, it’s essential not to overlook the importance of hunting Small Monsters and foraging in your surroundings. Engaging in these activities is vital for crafting that coveted High Rank armor set or upgrading your weaponry. One of the key resources you’ll be seeking is the Frozen Icebone.

Finding Frozen Icebone can be somewhat elusive, but with the right knowledge at your disposal, you can navigate the landscape with ease. Using your Seikret will facilitate your travels as you hunt for this valuable material. Below, we delve into how to locate Frozen Icebone in Monster Hunter Wilds.

How to Acquire Frozen Icebone in Monster Hunter Wilds

There are two primary methods to collect Frozen Icebone in the game: by defeating the Small Monster known as Comaqchi or by scavenging Bonepiles in Iceshard Cliffs.

Lucky for you, Comaqchi is often found inhabiting the same Iceshard Cliffs area, allowing for an efficient dual hunt. To simplify your search, access your map of Iceshard Cliffs and utilize the ‘Filter Icons’ option located in the bottom left-hand corner. From there, select the ‘Gathering’ category to pinpoint your targets.

While you cannot restrict the map to display just one icon at a time, you can still designate a waypoint to the nearest Bonepiles, allowing your Seikret to transport you there efficiently.
