This adjustment happens automatically, although players have the option to revert to their preferred settings later. Individuals with systems on the lower end of the game’s requirement spectrum might find themselves unable to enable Smart Zoi.
If issues with performance arise after activating Smart Zoi, consider reducing options such as “applied range in city, ””applied range on screen, ”and “queue limit”within the gameplay options to ease the load on your PC.
Understanding and Utilizing Smart Zoi

At the conclusion of each in-game day, players will receive a summary from their Zois via the Smart Zoi Analysis. This feature offers additional insights into the behavioral evolution of your Zoi(s) throughout the previous 24 hours of gameplay.
Although Inner Thoughts and Smart Zoi Analysis enhance game complexity, initial observations may not reveal substantial intricacies. Players can further customize their Zois by clicking the pencil icon above the skill panel, where they can input concise behavioral prompts or keywords. This input can lead to Zois developing even more personalized behaviors over time.
Keep in mind that Smart Zoi remains an experimental feature; hence, results can vary significantly. Based on personal experiences and feedback from other players, it is not uncommon for Smart Zoi prompts to yield minimal noticeable effects—especially when focusing on skill-related behaviors as opposed to relationship dynamics. Occasionally, prompts may be misinterpreted, leading to unexpected or even alarming behaviors, such as a Zoi driven by ambition becoming excessively aggressive toward colleagues.
When functioning as intended, Smart Zoi can influence the autonomous decisions of Zois. For example, a Zoi prompted to pursue a romantic interest may increasingly ignore romantic advances from others, honing their focus solely on their chosen partner over time. Currently, the interpersonal dynamics provided by Smart Zoi seem somewhat limited; however, Krafton envisions a future where this feature impacts city-wide behaviors, establishing trends, reputations, and rumors.
