The promotion, headquartered in Stamford, sent two rings to accommodate The Final Boss. One was delivered to his residence in Los Angeles, where he currently resides, and the other to his family’s home in Hawaii. The Rock initiated his physical training in LA, utilizing a warehouse as a training facility with three NXT wrestlers.
Despite being 52 years old, the individual has been training alone in a specially set up ring in Huwaii. They have also taken the time to spend quality time with their family in the same location. The person, known as the Brahma Bull, has been meticulously following a strict diet and putting in maximum effort to prepare for their highly anticipated tag team match in Philadelphia against Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.
The WWE training camp in Los Angeles included the supervision of The Rock’s training sessions by producers Michael Hayes and Bobby Roode. Additionally, veteran referee Chad Patton oversaw all of his sessions and the WWE medical team provided constant care for him.

Despite being in top form and training rigorously for his upcoming match in Philadelphia on April 6th, the Hollywood star has chosen to focus less on mobility drills. This decision could stem from various reasons.
The Rock is practicing a select few moves, such as suplexes, top rope maneuvers, collisions, and moves that are suitable for tag team matches. The Great One is placing more emphasis on precision-based techniques rather than fast-paced sequences in the wrestling ring.
