According to official Android documentation, the cryptographic key information managed by the System Key Verifier is stored locally on your device. It is not accessible to Google or third-party applications. The keys are generated and managed through secure hardware components such as the Trusted Execution Environment (TEE) or Secure Element.

Google can only access diagnostic data that is optional for the app’s functioning, ensuring that private keys stay secure.
