Richard Hatch’s Elimination in House of Villains Season 2 Episode 4

In an exclusive chat with Entertainment Weekly on October 24, 2024, Richard Hatch reflected on the errors that led to his downfall. As the second contestant to leave House of Villains this season, Richard took responsibility for his inability to connect with his fellow cast members. He expressed disappointment, stating:

“It’s my fault, without a doubt. I couldn’t connect and communicate with these individuals in a way that helped them grasp what they were involved in. I should have managed that, regardless of how detached from reality they may be.”

Fans are aware that Camilla betrayed Richard after stepping into the role of SuperVillain this week. Despite his elimination, Richard stated he holds no regrets, believing he gave his all with the knowledge he had at that time. He described Camilla’s gameplay, which included the decision to ally with Wes and himself, as “very, very messy.”

Camilla noted that Richard posed a significant threat in the game during a confessional segment. The cast faced a choice between sending Richard or Safaree Samuels home, and ultimately, they decided to eliminate Richard.

Reflecting on his banishment, Richard remarked:

“She needed to have more confidence in her observations. Her fear of what could occur led her to throw too many ideas at once instead of focusing on a more strategic approach.”

Remaining contestants in House of Villains season 2 include Wes Bergmann, Teresa Giudice, Jessie Godderz, Victoria Larson, Larsa Pippen, Kandy Muse, Camilla Poindexter, Tiffany “New York”Pollard, and Safaree Samuels.

House of Villains airs every Thursday at 10 p.m. ET/PT on E!, with previous episodes available for streaming on Peacock TV.
